To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, please review the following requirements:
Clear Access to Delivery Site
Driveway and delivery area must be accessible with no blocked paths or tight entry points.
Adequate Space for Truck Maneuvering
Delivery trucks require sufficient room to turn, position, and safely unload materials.
No Overhead Obstructions
Low wires, tree branches, or structures must not interfere with raised truck beds.
On-Site Contact Available
Someone must be present at the time of delivery to confirm placement.
Delivery & Return Policy
- All returns require proof of purchase
- No returns on bulk materials (loam, mulch, stone, sand, gravel, etc.)
- No returns after 30 days
- Approved returns subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Materials must be clean and unused
- Pallets must be returned in good condition
- No returns on custom pavers or wall systems
- Installed materials are not eligible for return
- Damaged or debris-filled pallets will not be accepted
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Case Materials is not responsible for damage beyond the curb line
- Delivery placement is at driver discretion
- Materials become customer responsibility once on-site
- Unsafe conditions may limit placement
- Customer must provide clear and safe access
- Adequate space required for truck maneuvering
- No low wires, branches, or overhead obstructions
- If truck becomes stuck, customer is responsible for recovery costs
- Customer responsible for ordering correct quantities
- No refunds for overages or shortages
- Delivery charges apply per trip
- Additional trips will incur additional fees
- 1.5% interest may apply to unpaid balances
